Two and a 1/2 days of being in Texas has shown me that things are really bigger in Texas-Walmart and Target are for sure! But the exciting thing I discovered is that the best ice cream in Texas is named Amy's Ice Cream. What a lovely coincidence that I am here to finish a children's book about ice cream and there is a shop after my name. Convinced I am that this is a sign that this book will happen.
